Beautiful Environmental Construction (BEC) was established in 1996 and has secured a solid position in environmental remediation for 30 years based on soil and groundwater pollution investigation, assessment and remediation. Starting with the first soil contamination test in Korea, BEC has led the soil purification market and mainly conducted projects in the fields of soil/groundwater pollution investigation, purification, and ecosystem environmental restoration, and covers all fields of the environmental industry, including asbestos and mineralization prevention and water treatment.
Based on this know-how in environmental remediation technology, the company started the radioactive contaminated soil restoration project in 2016 and is conducting related research projects. We manufactured and delivered decontamination equipment for the removal of radioactive contaminants and verification of purification through soil particle size separation to the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute, and are continuously collaborating with the KERI to improve the performance of radioactive contaminated soil/groundwater decontamination systems and commercialize the technology.
